Application and Logistics

At CSS, we accept interns three times a year: during the fall semester (September-December), the spring semester (January-May) and the summer semester (June-August). The duration of training can range from 3-12 months. In very rare cases, we may accept a one-month internship. We accept undergraduate, masters and doctoral students from all over the world. Please note that the application process is very competitive and positions are usually filled six to twelve months before the start of the internship period, and applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, please ensure that you apply at least 6 months before the start date of the internship. In order to submit an email to the Training Coordinator, Dr. Sarah Ababneh, a cover letter stating the time period you wish to be considered and an updated academic CV that includes your GPA. Additionally, in case of successful admission, please email us with a scanned copy of your passport and contact information for your relatives. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage but not a requirement. Please note that the internship is not paid and that successful candidates must make their own visa, accommodation and travel arrangements. Due to the highly competitive nature of our programme, we often have a long waiting list and are unable to provide seats to applicants who are not sure of their availability. Therefore, please email Dr. Ababneh immediately if there are any changes in the status of your application. Due to the highly competitive nature of our programme, we often have a long waiting list and are unable to provide seats to applicants who are not sure of their availability. Therefore, please email Dr. Ababneh immediately if there are any changes in the status of your application. Due to the highly competitive nature of our programme, we often have a long waiting list and are unable to provide seats to applicants who are not sure of their availability. Therefore, please email Dr. Ababneh immediately if there are any changes in the status of your application.
