Islam Bashayreh is a Data Analyst and Head of the Fieldwork Division at the Center for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan, where she works within the public opinion polls and data collection department. She has extensive experience in designing and programming various types of questionnaires using multiple software tools, in addition to analyzing different types of data. She previously worked as a statistician at the Department of Statistics from 2009 to 2012. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Yarmouk University, obtained in 2008.

Lina Albandak

Lina Albandak

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from the University of Jordan and a Master's degree in Human Rights and Human Development. Her academic and professional interests intersect by exploring the connection between human rights and the rights of disabled people, bridging her undergraduate expertise with her graduate studies.

Before joining the Center, she served as a Senior Lab Supervisor at the Faculty of Rehabilitation Sciences at the University of Jordan from 2006 to 2023, where she was involved in teaching, supervising students in clinical training, and managing laboratory operations.

In addition to her administrative role, she writes articles and conducts research on topics related to labor rights, occupational safety, and human development. Her current research focuses on the working conditions of prosthetists and orthotists in Jordan, particularly regarding labor protections and workplace safety.

She is fluent in Arabic and English and has strong skills in communication, organizational management, and academic writing.
