Rowa’a Khreisat

Research Assistant at the Center for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan, where she contributes to public opinion polls projects, data collection and refinement, questionnaire organization and verification, in addition to translating reports. She has extensive experience in customer service and public relations, having worked at Amazon and Aramex, where she played a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and problem analysis. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Jordan with a very good rating.
